Any used item from PBWarehouse comes with a performance guarantee and also falls under a special return policy (See "Free Returns" pop-up in selected item). Every item is completely cleaned and inspected by our lead tech at PBWarehouse. During this process, we also fix any and all issues the item might have before going onto our site. You can shop with full confidence for any used item of your preference! 

To better understand the care that we put into our used items, we have created a rating system to reflect the overall shape of the item.
